This policy explains how the Lentor Signature website (www.lentor-signatures.sg) collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred showflat day and time, unit types of interest and what you asked to receive. We also record which form you used.

How we use it

• To send you the Lentor Signature e-brochure, price list, floor plans and launch updates
• To arrange showflat appointments
• To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Lentor Signature, including if your number is on the Do Not Call Registry, where you have given consent

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets). Google processes this data as a service provider under its own security and privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed to load fonts and run its forms. If advertising measurement such as the Meta Pixel is added in future, this policy will be updated to say so.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent, or ask to see or correct your data, at any time by emailing sales@lentor-signatures.sg or calling +65 6059 1388. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
